Shipping policy

In most cases we are able to ship your order in 2-3 business days from the time of purchase. Please note that shipping carriers including USPS are experiencing delays due to COVID-19. Carriers may also experience delays starting from early November through the end of December due to increased volume. We will do our best to ship your items as quickly as we can but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific time.

We ship only in the United States.

We reserve the right to combine purchases and ship together without refunding shipping charges.

When items have been shipped and leave Plaid Pear Designs, a tracking number will be emailed to you. From the point that the item(s) are shipped and a tracking number is assigned, Plaid Pear Designs is not responsible for the package. Because we do not have control over the USPS delivery system we are not accountable for damaged, stolen, lost or mis-delivered packages. We advise all customers who have had a package not delivered after shipment to contact their local United States Postal Service office with the tracking number provided by Plaid Pear Designs and research the whereabouts of the package from the point of shipment.
