Refund policy
We hope you love what you buy from Plaid Pear Designs, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange your items if they meet the following criteria:
-- items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
-- original tags (if any) must still be attached
-- include original product bag
-- within 7 days of the purchase delivery date
You may request a refund as long as the request is sent within seven days of your purchase delivery date and the items meet the criteria for returns listed above. After those seven days all requests for a refund will receive store credit.
All returns and exchanges must be received within 14 days of the purchase delivery date. After that time period, returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted.
Gift cards are not eligible for a refund.
To initiate a return, please contact support@plaidpeardesigns.com for information on where to send your items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You are encouraged to choose a shipping option that provides a tracking number so you can be certain your return has been delivered to our offices. Plaid Pear Designs is not responsible for any returns lost in the return shipping process.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds take time to be posted to the original form of payment. If you believe you have not received a refund after a reasonable amount of time, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company to inquire about the refund. Keep in mind it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you have contacted your bank and/or credit card company and still do not see a refund posted to your original form of payment, please email us at support@plaidpeardesigns.com so we can assist you.
